Privacy Policy
Qbits / Ray Chamoun develops ORBIT PANIC. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game and contact us. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to info@qbits-lb.com.
Game progress and settings
The game stores progress, scores, coins, heroes, worlds, power-up inventory, challenges, settings and reward history on your device. Local recovery copies may be created when restoring a cloud save. A broad age category and privacy choices may also be stored; the game does not ask for an exact date of birth.
Google Play Games
Where available, Google Play Games supports sign-in, online leaderboards and cloud saves. If you use these features, the game accesses your Play Games player identifier and gaming profile information, submits scores and saves game progress through Google. Your gaming name, profile image and submitted scores may be visible to other players on leaderboards according to Google's settings. The game does not receive your Google password. Availability depends on the installed version and completion of the service setup.
Advertising
Versions with advertising enabled use Google AdMob for automatic ads and optional rewarded videos. Google's advertising services can process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Data handling depends on consent, age treatment, device settings and the ad format.
The game applies child-directed advertising treatment to under-18 or unknown-age users in its all-ages configuration. It requests general-audience ad content. Adult users receive the applicable consent flow. Privacy options are available in the game settings when offered by Google's consent service. Device advertising identifiers can also be managed in Android settings. Advertising may be unavailable in test versions or while configuration is incomplete.
Purchases
Google Play processes payments for coin packs and No Ads. The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing to communicate with Google Play. It checks signed purchase receipts on your device and stores product identifiers, purchase tokens or their hashes, transaction status and entitlements to deliver purchases and prevent duplicate rewards. This version does not send receipts to a Qbits purchase server. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
The current purchase integration uses the native Google Play flow without a separate Unity account, webshop or Unity purchase-event analytics. Earlier internal test builds may additionally process installation and session identifiers, device information, country and purchase information through Unity In-App Purchasing. Read Unity's player privacy policy for provider details.
Support and use of information
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use information to operate the game, restore progress, provide requested online features and rewards, respond to support, protect against abuse and meet legal obligations. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Service providers and security
Google and Unity process information for the services described above under their applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not sell player contact information. These providers may process information outside your country. Network services use encrypted connections where enabled; no storage or transmission system is completely secure. Local game saves and their recovery copies should not be treated as encrypted storage.
Read Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information for provider details.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Local progress and recovery files remain until removed through device controls or by uninstalling the game, subject to any device backup settings. Google-hosted game data remains subject to Google's retention settings and your Play Games data controls. Removing local game data does not necessarily remove cloud saves or leaderboard entries.
In ORBIT PANIC, open Settings → Manage game data to pause cloud synchronization and open Google's data controls. In Google Play Games, open Settings → Delete Play Games account & data → Delete individual game data, then select ORBIT PANIC. Close the game before deleting its Google-hosted data. To remove this device's progress and local copies, use Android Settings → Apps → ORBIT PANIC → Storage → Clear storage. If you keep a local copy and later resume cloud sync, progress can be uploaded again. Deleting game data does not delete your Google account, cancel purchases or guarantee a refund. Google may retain purchase records.
For detailed steps, see Google's Play Games deletion instructions. For requests concerning information Qbits holds, including support correspondence, or assistance with a provider data request, email info@qbits-lb.com with the subject “ORBIT PANIC privacy request.” Include only the information necessary to identify your game data. We may need to verify your request. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including applicable legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. We will explain any applicable retention exception when responding.
Children and parents
ORBIT PANIC is intended for a broad audience, including younger players. Parents or guardians can contact us about a child's information or request deletion of information Qbits holds. Online features may be restricted by Google account eligibility and parental settings. We do not request children's precise location, address, telephone number or exact date of birth in gameplay.
Changes
We may update this policy as features and services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
